I took the photo of the ladder by peeking into that barn-looking shed on the left in the second photo. It’s in the alley that runs parallel to Washington street to the west of Washington St. It’s only a few blocks from the hospital. I handheld my camera at about 1/20th of a second. I leaned against the door to try and avoid camera shake and it turned out fairly sharp.
I will focus on that shack on the right another day soon. It’s kinda interesting.
