I was taking photos at the base of the Mt. Con Mine, off of Main St. near where the road is now blocked off for construction. I was taking photos of the sunset when I caught these two boys sword fighting with sticks. They caught me taking photos of them, and one of them said, “Hi Maam!” I asked them what they were doing and one of the boys said he was killing the other one…
Thsi is the kind of experience that makes BDP worth it. If I wasn’t out and about taking photos I wouldn’t have caught this moment.
