Phantom Stairs
The north and east ends of the Whalen Tire Warehouse on Utah Street got torn down today and the rest is supposed to follow tomorrow. I used my telephoto lens to get this photo of where a staircase once was.

We drove 13 hours from Lake Tahoe to Butte. This man was in Nevada, traveling who knows where. I shot the photo from the passenger window of our rental car. I gave him about a dollar in change and he was mad that was all I gave him.

Cable Car Museum This is the Cable Car Museum in San Fransisco, CA. I used a long shutter speed to capture the movement of the pulleys. The museum has exhibits all around the pulleys, and the pulleys are the actual ones that pull the cable cars around San Fransisco Today.

This building is south of Butte on I15 near Dell. Whenever I drive by it on my way south it intrigues me. As you can see, it’s falling apart and won’t be around too many years longer.
Spiral Fire Escape

Lamp Post and Flowers
