It’s difficult to photograph the Steward Mine because the entire mine yard is fenced. But at night the hoist house takes on a red glow from the lights on its head frame (right of the photo, can’t see it). This photo was taken with my lens directly above the fence lock and between two fence posts.
I really haven’t done much with borders around my images. That’s because I’m not sure I like them. I think of my photos more as sleek magazine-style photographs. Hmm.
